We ship from Liebenwalde near Berlin.
Of course you can also visit us in person to pick up your order. An appointment is necessary for this, please contact us in advance.

How long does the delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3-4 working days after receipt of payment.
What does express delivery mean?
Express delivery means that your order is guaranteed to be delivered on the working day after next (Saturday & Sunday excluded). The prerequisite for this is that payment has been received by 12 noon on the previous day. Express orders placed after 12 noon will be delayed by one working day.
Some products are excluded from express delivery due to their large size.
Where is my order?
As soon as we have dispatched your parcel, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing the tracking number.
Can I have my parcel sent to a Packstation?
As the maximum parcel size for Packstations is very limited and we also work with various shipping service providers, it is unfortunately not possible to send to a Packstation.

Which payment methods are possible?
You can pay by Paypal, credit card, instant bank transfer and bank transfer.
How do I redeem my voucher?
You will find a voucher code on our voucher, which you can simply enter in the field provided when checking out. The voucher amount will then be deducted from your shopping cart.

Returns & refunds
The packaging arrived badly damaged, what now?
Unfortunately, parcels can be badly damaged during transportation. If you receive a parcel that is damaged, please ask your parcel carrier for a receipt.
The products are damaged or faulty.
We check all products very carefully by hand before they are dispatched. However, if you notice any flaws in the products or if you have received the wrong parcel, please contact us immediately so that we can find a positive solution as quickly as possible.
What do I need to consider when returning an item?
The products must be unused and must not be damaged due to careless packaging. It is best to repack the product in its original packaging.
When will the money be back in my account after the return?
Once we have received your parcel, we will check the products. We reserve the right to retain part of the money if we receive damaged goods back. If there are no complaints, you can expect to receive your money approximately 3-4 days after receiving the package.

Are custom-made products possible?
In principle, custom-made products are possible, but only from a higher purchase quantity. Please contact us via the business customers page to get in touch with us.

Bulk buyers are welcome to contact us by phone or message, we will then prepare an individual offer.
