An den beiden Bierbank Füßen ist jeweils im unteren Bereich die Lackierung beschädigt. Das wird ganz schnell anfangen zu rosten… Leider sehr schlechte Qualität, sowas kann doch eigentlich nicht durch die Qualitätskontrolle gehen. Das Paket war unbeschädigt und eigentlich auch gut verpackt. Schade.

Dem Team habe ich noch eine Chance zur Verbesserung der Qualität gegeben. Nach der Überprüfung der Ware wurden die gleichen Schäden, jedoch in etwas geringerem Umfang wieder festgestellt. Ich war etwas enttäuscht und werde entsprechend dem Rückgaberecht innerhalb von 14 Tagen die Ware wieder zurückschicken. Bitte schicken Sie mir eine Zusage zur Übernahme der Versandkosten.
Ich hoffe, dass Sie meine Entscheidung verstehen.
Auf dem Bild der Schrauben ist die Schraube mit Mutter eine aus der neuen Lieferung. Jene aus der ersten Lieferung wurden dazu gelegt, um zu zeigen, dass es sich nicht um bereits defekte aus der ersten Lieferung handelt. Auf den restlichen Bildern sind ein Teil der Lackschäden der neuen Lieferung zu erkennen.
