Where do you ship from?
We ship from Liebenwalde near Berlin.
Of course you can also visit us in person and pick up your order. This requires an appointment, please contact us in advance.

How long does the delivery take?
The delivery after receipt of money usually takes 3-4 business days until delivery.
What does express delivery mean?
Express delivery means that your order is guaranteed to be delivered the day after next (Saturday & Sunday excluded). Prerequisite for this is that the money has been received by 12 noon the day before. Express orders after 12pm will be delayed by one business day.
Some products are excluded from express delivery due to their large size.
Where is my order?
As soon as we have shipped your package, you will receive a confirmation email from us, which you can find the tracking number.
Can I have my order sent to a packing station?
Since the maximum package size of Packstations is very limited and we also work with different shipping service providers, shipping to a Packstation is unfortunately not possible.

Which payment methods are possible?
With us you can pay by Paypal, credit card, instant bank transfer and bank transfer.
How do I redeem my voucher?
On our voucher you will find a voucher code, which you can simply enter in the appropriate field during check-out. The voucher amount will then be deducted from the shopping cart.

Return & Refund
The packaging arrived heavily damaged, what now?
Unfortunately, it can happen that packages are severely damaged in transit. If you receive a package that is damaged, please have the package delivery person sign for the damage.
The products are damaged or defective.
All products are checked very carefully by hand before they are shipped. However, if you notice any flaws in the products or you have received a wrong package, please contact us immediately so that we can find a positive solution as soon as possible.
What do I have to consider when returning a product?
The products must be unused and must not show any damage due to careless packaging. It is best to repack the product in its original packaging.
When will the money be back in my account after the return?
After your package has been returned to us, we will check the products. We reserve the right to withhold part of the money if we receive damaged goods back. If there are no complaints, you can expect to receive your money about 3-4 days after receiving the package.
