Regal nicht super aber Kundenservice gut

Wir hatten das Regal bestellt und es kam beschädigt an. Der Kundenservice war allerdings super: ein Paar Bilder geschickt von dem kaputten Gestell und es wurde direkt kostenlos eins nachgeschickt. Das Gestell selbst ist nicht die beste Qualität, es liegt nicht komplett geradeaus nach außen gerichtet sondern ist leicht gebogen. Haben uns somit entschieden die Halterungen nach innen gebogen anzubringen. Wir haben bereits vorher bei NaturalGoodsBerlin bestellt. Ich würde sagen für den Preis sind die Produkte noch okay.

Regalhalter sind stabil und tragen die Böden sicher.
Aber: Die Ösen zur Befestigung sind nicht gerade ausgerichtet, sondern verdreht. An jeweils einem Ende passt es halbwegs, am anderen nicht. Durch die große Abweichung steht der Regalhalter beim Anschrauben nicht senkrecht, sondern deutlich schief von der Wand ab. Man kann es etwas "zurechtbiegen", aber für den Preis erwarte ich eine bessere Fertigung.

Alles war top verpackt und das Produkte ohne Mängel. Sehr schöne Verarbeitung und Qualität. Preis- Leistungstechnisch habe ich so etwas auf keiner anderen Website gefunden. Klare Weiterempfehlung!
